Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Leno Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. To respect the time of all patients and providers, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

By scheduling an appointment, patients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible.
